It is a pleasure and an honor to address you on behalf of the Higher Institute for Water and Power Technologies (HIWPT). I strongly believe that there can be no better way to drive and improve our nation’s prosperity and social-economic well-being than through its quality education system.

As the Kingdom stands confident on the brink of an exciting future with the 2030 Vision, higher technical education, being a cornerstone in shaping our future generation, we cannot afford to be lagging in this fast race. And we at HIWPT aim to be right at the front of this endeavor. The institute focuses on training on learning, which is based on doing things rather than only knowing things. The learning solutions relate to real life and motivate the learner to acquire and apply the received knowledge.

We strive to nurture our trainees with practical training knowledge and competencies that can help them script their success stories; to indoctrinate them to strive and excel in life. This can only be attained by going even beyond the curricular limits and inculcating profound work ethics and personal employability skills.

The Education that is thorough, purposeful, and meets the requirements of today’s job market, disciplines and inculcates values, and is in tune with the changing dynamics of today’s competitive world, is the kind of education that HIWPT offers. Throughout all our programs, quality Training is at the top of all our trainees-involvement activities.

Furthermore, I would like to acknowledge and attest to the efforts of our partners and clients and the crucial role they have played in this noble enterprise. I invite them to participate even more in shaping the future of our national workforce, and I promise to keep our arms open for any ideas that would help in our mission. Your views and suggestions are extremely important to us, and we take them seriously.

I take this opportunity and say to our trainees: you are at the very center of our plans and concerns. Your welfare is our number one priority. You are the agents of progress and builders of our nation. There are challenges ahead of you, so be ready and have faith in your abilities. Remember, (The Power Is Within You). We are sure that you will always come out stronger after each experience.

Finally, I would like to address my colleagues at HIWPT. The top management of our great company is proud of your continuous efforts to make this institute a better place for the trainees to learn and for the employees to work. HIWPT has carved its name high among the top technical institutes in the kingdom, and this could have never been achieved without your hard work and unwavering dedication.
