The Energy and Water Academy (EWA)
The academy is registered with TVTC to operate as a non-profit organization located in the industrial city of Rabigh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that specializes in international standards training for the water and energy industrial sectors. It is one of the strategic partnership institutions in the Kingdom, with accredited programs recognized by the Colleges of Excellence and supported by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
On June 15, 2023
The academy launched its new identity and moved from the Higher Institute for Water and Power
Technologies (HIWPT) to the Energy & Water Academy (EWA) to expand its training services and adapt to market needs aligning with the national vision of the Kingdom.
EWA Training Programs
have evolved through direct collaboration with its industry partners to ensure that the training provided is highly relevant to the entry-level job
description and that the skills and competencies of the graduates match the plant technician requirements.
The academy focuses on providing young Saudis, male and female, with efficient and high-quality training in energy, water, and other related fields, including in the areas of operations and maintenance (O&M).
It is the first academy offering training in solar and hydrogen technologies, along with other relevant technical courses.
At EWA, all trainees are considered company employees from the day they begin their training in the academy.

- الجنسية السعودية فقط
- يجب أن يكون عمر المتقدم أقل من 24 عامًا
- يجب ألا تقل نسبة الثانوية العامة عن 75٪
- أن يكون المتقدم قد أجرى اختبار القياس بنسبة لا تقل عن 60٪ واختبار التحصيل بنسبة لا تقل عن 60٪ ومقدمة من المركز الوطني للقياس في التعليم العالي
- لم يتلق دعمًا من صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية من قبل
- يجب ألا يكون مسجلاً في المؤسسة العامة المتقدمة للتأمينات الاجتماعية ، وإذا كان مسجلاً ، فيجب عليه إحضار نموذج يوضح تاريخ مقاطعة مقدم الطلب من آخر شركة قبل بدء الدورة
- يجب على المتقدم اجتياز الاختبارات لتحديد مستوى اللغة الإنجليزية والرياضيات.
- اجتياز المقابلة الشخصية
- اجتياز الفحص الطبي في أحد المراكز الطبية التي يحددها المعهد
- يجب على مقدم الطلب الذي تنطبق عليه الشروط المذكورة أعلاه ملء طلب عبر الإنترنت للانضمام
التسجيل للمواطنين السعوديين فقط.
نعم ، إذا كنت مؤهلاً بناءً على متطلبات الشركة الراعية.
من اليوم الأول للانضمام إلى معهدنا.
لدينا بوابة التعلم الإلكتروني. ويستخدم فقط للجزء النظري.
بمجرد تسجيلك في دعم صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية ، لا يمكنك التسجيل مرة أخرى.
خلال اسبوعين من تاريخ التقديم في حال عدم التواصل من خلال رسالة نصية او جوال يعني عدم الترشيح على البرنامج و سيتم اعادة ترشيحك لبرامج اخرى مقدمة في المعهد
